The Gravner winery needs no introduction, at most a couple of clarifications: we are in Oslavia, a small hamlet of Gorizia a stone's throw from the Slovenian border. A winery that has always placed respect for nature at the heart of its production philosophy. The vinification methods are natural, with very long macerations and the use of Georgian amphorae, techniques that over time have made Josko Gravner one of the masters of Italian wine.
