Josko Gravner's Ribolla is a wine produced in Oslavia, a small hamlet of Gorizia on the border with Slovenia.
We are not talking about a simple white wine, but if you've stumbled upon it, you probably already know that. Let's avoid any self-respecting SEO description; the bold one above is more than enough. If you're reading this description, you're probably just curious what the wine merchant of the moment will invent to convince you to buy a Gravner Ribolla. Well, I won't be that wine merchant; if you want it, take it, at worst I'll drink it myself.

The Winery: Josko Gravner
The Gravner winery needs no introduction, at most a couple of clarifications: we are in Oslavia, a small hamlet of Gorizia a few steps from the Slovenian border. A winery that has always placed respect for nature at the center of its production philosophy. The winemaking processes are natural, with very long macerations and the use of Georgian amphorae, techniques that over time have made Josko Gravner one of the masters of Italian wine. Hey you wine snob / Hey you conventional wine lover... MASTER, period.
