Chiara Torti brings Pinot Noir into a family history spanning four generations in Montecalvo Versiggia, on the hills of Oltrepò Pavese. This Brut Nature is conceived as an essential Classic Method, with no final dosage, designed to allow the voice of the grape variety and the territory to be expressed as much as possible.

The Pinot Noir grapes come from the hills of Montecalvo Versiggia, an area deeply linked to Oltrepò sparkling wine production. The winemaking follows a precise approach: soft pressing of whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation in steel, tirage in the spring following the harvest, and aging on the lees. It is a dry and vertical sparkling wine, the fruit of a family, a vineyard, and a new generation that is giving Oltrepò Pinot Noir a personal and contemporary identity.

Chiara Torti represents the new generation of Azienda Agricola Pietro Torti, a family business in Montecalvo Versiggia, Oltrepò Pavese. The winery has been working in this hilly region for four generations, with a strong focus on Pinot Noir, a central grape variety in the company's history and the area's vocation. Alongside her father Alessandro, Chiara continues a path of continuity and contemporary sensibility: vineyards cultivated organically, spontaneous fermentations, and an interpretation of wine that seeks authenticity, precision, and a direct connection to the land.
