Baldessari's Pinot Nero Q500 is made from grapes harvested from the winery's own vineyards.
The vineyards, located on sunny and well-exposed slopes, benefit from the influence of the surrounding Italian Alps, which help create a favorable microclimate. The Pinot Noir grapes, harvested manually, undergo traditional fermentation in stainless steel to preserve their authenticity and varietal expression. The wine matures in oak barrels, developing complexity and structure. This wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, fascinating notes of fresh berries, black cherries, and delicate floral hints emerge. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with pleasant acidity and silky tannins that give a velvety sensation. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.
