Baldessari's "Sine" Chardonnay Dosaggio Zero Metodo Classico is the result of a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes from vineyards located in the evocative Trentino region.

This wine-growing area, framed by the majestic Italian Alps, offers a unique terroir with limestone soils and an ideal climate for growing Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards, cultivated with passion and care, stretch over sunny and well-exposed slopes, benefiting from the temperature variations characteristic of the area. The Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked with attention, are gently pressed to obtain the must, which then ferments in oak barrels. The "Sine" Chardonnay Dosaggio Zero Metodo Classico is produced according to a traditional artisanal process. After fermentation in oak barrels, the wine is bottled for secondary fermentation in the bottle without the addition of final dosage, giving the wine a dry and vibrant character.
