Drink Wines Not Labels' 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo is a Langhe Nebbiolo DOC produced by Alessandro Salvano with grapes grown in Montelupo Albese and vinified in stainless steel and concrete.
The Drink Wines Not Labels project was founded by Alessandro Salvano, with vineyards in Montelupo Albese and a winery in Castellinaldo d’Alba. The Nebbiolo used for this label comes from vines located in the Langhe area, on typical hilly soils of the region.
The work follows a decidedly non-interventionist approach, with spontaneous fermentations and the use of stainless steel and concrete containers. The philosophy remains consistent with the project's idea, which aims to maintain the link between grape and territory without corrective interventions.
