The Timorasso dei Colli Tortonesi "Zazzarazzaz" 2021 from the BriccoBracchi winery is produced by Marco Battaglino in the municipality of Dogliani with grapes harvested in the Tortona area.
Zazzarazzaz is born in the beating heart of Timorasso, the Tortona hills, but is vinified by Marco Battaglino and Sara Calcagno in Dogliani. The long maceration on the skins gives us a wine with an hypnotically yellow color with orange nuances. A nose rich in notes of dried fruit and dehydrated apricot is supported by a taut and vibrant sip.
