Red Wine "On y Danse"

On y Danse was born from Roberto Bianchi's desire to tackle a typical Bordeaux blend, but in the Radda in Chianti area.

Val delle Corti vinifies this red wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese, to present a wine that is balanced in fruit, drinkability, and very different from the idea of a Bordeaux blend widely diffused in the Bolgheri area. In this wine, all the freshness that only the Radda in Chianti territory can offer emerges, and the three grape varieties work in unison for this totally intriguing wine.

The Winery: Val Delle Corti

Originally from Milan, Giorgio Bianchi moved with his family to the Chianti region in 1974, more precisely to Radda in Chianti, a territory that at the time was wild and largely untouched by mass tourism but with a great winemaking tradition. Over time, Giorgio restored the Val Delle Corti farm, building the winery and replanting the surrounding vineyards. Since 1999, the company has been run by his son Roberto, who, assisted by his wife Lis, cultivates vineyards and olive groves organically, and has brought wine production to excellent levels. The company now cultivates about 7 hectares of vineyards, with a production of approximately 40,000 bottles.
