Poderi Sanguineto's Nobile di Montepulciano is a red wine primarily made from Sangiovese grapes.
Dora Forsoni and Patrizia Brogi are masters in Sangiovese winemaking. The vineyards are cultivated on red soils rich in mineral oxidations, using only copper and sulfur, while in the cellar, winemaking is traditionally natural and absolutely non-interventionist. What makes the difference is the quality of the grapes themselves, which are harvested and left to ferment spontaneously in steel and vitrified cement tanks. Once devatting is complete, the wine is transferred to large wooden barrels where it rests for 24 months.
Nobile di Montepulciano is vertical, savory, an incredible fusion of elegance and freshness.
