The Organic Red Wine "Ladiv" is a white wine made using traditional Georgian winemaking methods.
The grape skins remain in contact with the wine for a long time during a maceration process, as would be done for a red wine. Afterwards, the wine is aged first in amphorae or barriques, and then in large barrels. The final result differs from a typical white wine, having more color, aromas, and tannins. Fermentation occurs spontaneously thanks to the winery's yeasts. It is not filtered.
