Il Bianco del Casal is a white wine produced by the Ca' La Bionda winery from an assemblage of Garganega and Trebbiano.
We are talking about a rather iconic Italian white wine, recognized as one of the most interesting bottles from our beautiful country. The blend of Garganega and Trebbiano is vinified in a completely natural way, extracting only the free-run must during pressing. Fermentation takes place directly in 228-liter barrels, and the wine remains on its fine lees for about 10 months.
