Terenzuola's Vermentino Vigne Basse comes from the sandy-loamy soils of the municipality of Fosdinovo.
The Colli di Luni are a reference point for the cultivation of Vermentino, which in this area is affected by air currents from the sea that touches the provinces of Massa Carrara and La Spezia. We are "a stone's throw" from Bocca di Magra, a small gulf at the mouth of the Magra river. On soils rich in pebbles, Ivan Giuliani has planted his Vermentino vineyards, in this case blended with 5% Albarola. Vinification in steel for a wine that tastes of the sea, is fresh and savory and certainly a best buy in this price range even if you are eating at Paracucchi (a joke only for the locals).
