Castello di Verduno is a winery located in the castle of the eponymous municipality in the Barolo area; it is one of the most historic producers in the Langhe region, as the Bianco family, who had long cultivated vines, decided to start vinifying grapes as early as the mid-1800s. Over time, production focused on Nebbiolo and Nebbiolo-based DOCGs: Barolo and Barbaresco. A special mention goes to the indigenous grape variety of Verduno, Pelaverga.
