Verdejo "Mondo" 2021 is a white wine produced by Manuel Cantalapiedra, who works alongside his father Isaac at Cantalapiedra Viticultores.
This wine was born somewhat as a gamble and somewhat as a game: Manuel wanted to show his father Isaac that he could vinify Verdejo in a completely artisanal and natural way, giving life to an intriguing, orange and clean wine. The 30-day maceration significantly enriches the sensory profile, which expresses itself with small red fruits and orange zest, while on the palate, minerality is the theme.
