Bakkanali's Kab is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, produced by Ugo Fabbri and Sebastian Nasello in the municipality of Poggioferro, a small village near Mount Amiata.
We are therefore in Poggioferro, a small hamlet in the municipality of Seggiano in the province of Grosseto, at an altitude varying between 600 and 800 meters, with a fantastic view of Mount Amiata, also known as the sleeping giant as it is no longer an active volcano. Kab is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated organically in biodynamic conversion, which after the harvest are taken to the cellar where they ferment with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks.

Bakkanali is a young and dynamic company, born from the idea of Sebastian Nasello and Ugo Fabbri, friends who wanted to share a common experience in the world they have been part of for years, but seeking a territory that would allow them to reflect themselves in the daily life of living and drinking.
