Giovanna Morganti's Toscana IGT "Le Trame" 2020 is the most representative wine of Podere Le Boncie.
We are in Castelnuovo Berardenga, a few kilometers from Siena and in the neuralgic center of Chianti Classico production. Here, Giovanna Morganti cultivates a few hectares of vineyard with particular attention to sustainable viticulture. Le Trame is a red wine deeply connected to its territory, where Sangiovese reigns supreme and is joined by other local red grape varieties such as Mammolo, Colorino, and Foglia Tonda. In the cellar, a artisanal vinification process is followed, with spontaneous fermentations that enhance the territoriality and Chianti character, well supported by fresh and crisp fruit.
