Giovanna Morganti's Toscana IGT "Le Trame" 2019 is Podere Le Boncie's most representative wine.
We are in Castelnuovo Berardenga, a few kilometers from Siena and in the nerve center of Chianti Classico production. Here Giovanna Morganti cultivates a few hectares of vineyards with particular attention to sustainable viticulture. Le Trame is a red wine deeply linked to the territory, where Sangiovese is dominant and is accompanied by other local red grape varieties such as Mammolo, Colorino, and Foglia Tonda. In the cellar, a traditional vinification process is carried out, with spontaneous fermentations that enhance the territoriality and Chianti character, well supported by fresh and crisp fruit.
