Syrah di Herve Souhaut is a red wine produced at Domaine Romaneaux Destezet with Syrah grapes from vineyards located in the Northern Cote du Rhône region, France.
This wine is made from Syrah grapes grown on granite and sandy soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and freshness. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is not filtered before bottling. Its spicy soul and crisp fruit make it enjoyable even when young, although it also lends itself very well to aging.
