Lucien Aviet et Fils' Savagnin "Reserve du Caveau" 2015 is made from 100% Savagnin grapes.
This wine originates from the magnificent Jura region. The grapes, harvested from old vines that are up to 60 years old, are vinified and aged in "scolma" (unfilled) barrels for 4 years. The nose is powerful, rich in citrus aromas reminiscent of orange and grapefruit, while the palate is clean, decisive, expansive, with a beautiful balance between dense texture and acidity.
