Chiara Condello's Sangiovese di Predappio is an organic wine produced in the Predappio hills.
Chiara's project is recent, young, and dynamic, seeking to express the potential of her Sangiovese vineyards in the Predappio territory. Chiara's work focuses on enhancing the local area, in an almost revolutionary but certainly authentic way, through organic viticulture and an artisanal approach in every aspect. Her Sangiovese di Predappio is all fruit and spice, crisp, with dark tones reminiscent of blackberry and cassis, leading to black pepper; the palate is well-balanced, with acidity that encourages another sip.
