Domaine Bernard Fleuriet's Sancerre "La Baronne" is produced in the Loire Valley from Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Domaine Bernard Fleuriet is located in the northern part of the Loire Valley, where the Sauvignon Blanc grape expresses all its elegance, especially around the village of Sancerre, overlooking the river. Here the soils are rich in silica and clay, and we can also find the famous limestone rocks called "caillottes". Sancerre La Baronne is produced from a single vineyard whose grapes, after harvesting, ferment with only indigenous yeasts in 400-liter barrels where they will remain for one year of aging.
