Saint Romain Blanc "Le Cerisier" 2022

Cerisier is the new Saint Romain Blanc label produced by Renaud Boyer at his Domaine.

It is a Chardonnay born in an old vineyard of about 80 years in Saint Romain, and after whole cluster vinification, it rests in barrels on the fine lees for about 11 months.

The Winery: Renaud Boyer

Renaud Boyer is a wine producer based in Meursault, in the Côte de Beaune, one of Burgundy's key territories. He works approximately 3 hectares of the family property, in the vineyards that his uncle Thierry Guyot cultivated biodynamically since 1986. Renaud defines himself as an adherent of natural viticulture and winemaking, without the use of sulfites. The main parcels are located in Saint-Romain and Puligny-Montrachet, and all harvests are carried out exclusively by hand. In the cellar, maximum respect is given to the grapes, which are almost always vinified whole cluster and without added sulfur dioxide.
