Pinot Noir "Liaison" 2020

Enderle & Moll's Liaison is a Pinot Noir made from grapes grown on over 40-year-old vines, cultivated on the clay and limestone soils of the Baden region in southwestern Germany.

Named "Liaison" for the producers' ability to create perfect harmony between the grapes and the terroir, between man and nature. The Enderle & Moll winery adopts a production philosophy based on organic and biodynamic cultivation, limiting human intervention during winemaking to enhance the purity of the grapes and the land in which they are grown. Liaison is vinified and aged in French oak barrels for about 18 months, then rests in the bottle for another year before being released to the market. The wine has an intense ruby red color, with purplish hues. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, and nuances of wood and tobacco. In the mouth, it is elegant, soft, and silky, with delicate tannins and good acidity that gives freshness to the sip. The finish is persistent, with fruity and spicy notes. Liaison is a wine of great complexity and depth, with remarkable aging potential.

The Enderle & Moll winery is a small and renowned wine estate located in the Baden wine region, in southwestern Germany. Founded in 2007 by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, the winery has become famous for producing high-quality natural wines. Sven Enderle and Florian Moll met during their viticulture and enology studies at the Weinsberg wine school in Germany. After graduation, they decided to embark on a winemaking venture together.

Their approach to winemaking is based on the philosophy of "less is more." By using organic and biodynamic cultivation techniques and limiting human intervention in winemaking, they seek to express the unique terroir of their vineyards.

The Enderle & Moll winery primarily produces Pinot Noir, but also other grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. Their wines are characterized by great aromatic complexity, a fine and delicate structure, and excellent aging potential.
