Perfranco 2023 is a sparkling rosé produced by Gianluca Bergianti from Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce grapes.
Over time, we have come to know Gianluca Bergianti's wines, appreciating their rediscovered tradition. Honest wines, to be shared among friends and enjoyed for their simplicity and drinkability. Perfranco is made from Lambrusco grapes of the Salamino di Santa Croce variety, which are first fermented in concrete without added yeasts. The second fermentation then takes place in the bottle. Perfranco is a wine for the thirsty: a citrusy nose and a mouth with a beautiful acidic grip do everything to refresh our convivial evenings with friends.
