Oltrepò Pavese "Montebuono" 2005 is a red wine produced by Lino Maga from Croatina, Uva Rara, and Ughetta grapes.
Lino Maga was the father of Oltrepò Pavese wines, a pioneer of quality and craftsmanship in a wine region that, until a few decades ago, focused its production more on quantity than quality. Lino's wines were territorial, artisanal, with great aging potential. The grape varieties used in Montebuono are the native Oltrepò varieties, primarily Croatina, with Ughetta and Uva Rara accompanying a wine that symbolizes Italy's winemaking heritage.
