A precise and vibrant Morgon, combining energy and depth without ever making the sip heavy.
The 2023 Morgon “Les Delys” by Daniel Bouland is born in the heart of Beaujolais, from one of the most solid crus in the area, located at an altitude of about 300 meters. Here, Gamay finds a natural balance between freshness and structure, yielding wines that remain smooth but with a more serious and articulated base compared to simpler versions.
The style is essential: no forcing, just grapes and terroir. The wine moves on clear fruit, with a clean progression and a finish that immediately invites the next sip. Vinification takes place in wood where it then ages for 11 months. I must admit, there's sublime control in the use of wood, never invasive and never overpowering the fruit in the slightest. It's a bottle that works immediately but also has room to evolve with a few years.

The wines are born from low-intervention vinification and a measured use of containers, always maintaining a strong territorial identity.
