Morey Saint Denis Premier Cru "Les Chenevery" 2021

Didier Amiot's Morey Saint Denis Les Chenevery is a Pinot Noir produced in the Cote de Nuits in the Premier Cru classified vineyard.

Domaine Didier Amiot was established in 2020, when Didier, the fifth generation of winemakers in the Amiot family, decided to separate from his brother, with whom he had managed Domaine Amiot Pierre et fils in recent years. The small estate is located in Morey St. Denis and boasts 3.2 hectares of land, which have been undergoing organic conversion since 2022. The winemaking respects Burgundian tradition: pre-fermentation cold maceration, destemmed grapes, and 18 months of aging in barriques (30% new barriques for the 1er Cru and up to 50% for the Grand Cru Clos de La Roche).
