Dominik Weigand's Langhe Riesling is produced in collaboration with Serafina in the Bocciarda vineyard in Roddino.
The Roddino vineyard is located just above Yvonne's house in La Bocciarda, a hamlet of Roddino. Classic vinification solely in steel for a Riesling that makes acidity and fruit its strength.

The winery: Serafina Cantina 12064 - Dominik Weigand
A winery with a recent history, born from the shared intentions of young Dominik Weigand and Yvonne from Serafina. The vineyards are all located near La Bocciarda, a restored house on the eastern side of the municipality of Roddino. The cultivated grape varieties are currently Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Barbera, which are vinified by Dominik with respect for the grapes grown and particular attention to sustainability. Cantina 12064 is a dynamic project that partly collaborates with historic wineries in the area, such as Mauro Veglio, Enzo Boglietti, and Franco Conterno. A story yet to be written, of which we await new pleasant developments.
