Pecchenino's Langhe Pinot Nero is made with Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the municipalities of Bossolasco and Dogliani.
Pecchenino's Langhe Pinot Nero stands out for its elegance, aromatic complexity, and well-balanced structure. On the nose, this wine offers notes of red fruits and spices, while on the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a long-lasting finish.

| Vineyards: | grapes from two different vineyards: one in the municipality of Dogliani at 380 m altitude, with a medium-textured calcareous-clay soil, the other in Bossolasco at 700 m with a loose and calcareous soil |
| Vinification: | After harvesting, the grapes are refrigerated in a cell at 12°C. A portion of the grapes is destemmed, the remainder is placed whole in the tank. A 4-day pre-maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about 2 weeks, at a temperature of 25°C. With the racking phase, the wine is stored in steel for malolactic fermentation and after transfer is moved to large barrels and barriques. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels and barriques |

The vineyards cover an area of about 25 hectares, characterized by clayey and calcareous soils and an ideal climate for viticulture. The winery follows an ecological approach to vineyard management, using sustainable farming techniques to preserve the biodiversity of the territory.
