Cascina delle Rose's Nebbiolo is produced in the winery located in the municipality of Barbaresco and is vinified solely in steel to maintain the primary characteristics of the grape variety and ensure excellent freshness and drinkability.
The vineyards surround the estate, and the Sobrino brothers' approach is fresh, young, and genuine. For them, Langhe Nebbiolo must maintain an agile drinkability, not being heavy where it's not needed. The characteristics of the Nebbiolo grape are respected and enhanced by steel vinification.
