Langhe Nebbiolo 2021

Pira E. & Figli Chiara Boschis' Langhe Nebbiolo 2021 is produced in the municipality of Barolo.

The grapes are harvested in a vineyard dedicated solely to Nebbiolo, the King grape of the Langhe, cultivated organically. Chiara crafts a distinctive wine endowed with surprising elegance, where the wood, though perceptible both on the nose and palate, contributes softness and roundness to the sip, never proving too intrusive.

The Winery: Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis

The Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis winery was one of the most innovative and revolutionary wineries of the 1900s. Chiara, always an advocate for sustainable agriculture and the first woman of organic Barolo, vinifies grapes in Barolo, largely from vineyards near the winery and others from the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Serralunga d'Alba. In every one of Chiara's wines, her energetic and strong character shines through, where innovation and tradition meet with the aim of elevating the name of Nebbiolo and the entire Barolo appellation. The vineyards and wines are certified organic and undoubtedly reflect their terroir of origin.
