Philine Isabelle's Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the MGA Castagni, in La Morra.
Philine's Nebbiolo is not meant to be an easy wine; rather, it aims to be an important wine, serving as a calling card for its older brother, which will be available in a few years.

| Vinification: | crushing and fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts, with a total maceration of 13 days. Pumping over twice a day, while at the end only punch-downs are performed. Ages half in steel and half in tonneau |
| Serving temperature: | 16-18°C |
The Winery: Philine Isabelle
After years of experience around Europe, which led her to encounter vineyards, wines and winemakers, Philine decided to settle down and start a family in the Langhe. It was thus that in 2020 she began production with her first vintage of Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Chardonnay: different expressions of grape varieties and terroir, but produced with the same concept and objective. In 2024, the first vintage of Barolo Preda, a small MGA from the municipality of Barolo, was released. The rest of the story is yet to be written, but the premises can only be promising!
