Mauro Marengo's Langhe Nas-Cëtta is a Piedmontese white wine produced in Novello, in the heart of the Langhe, from a rare and rediscovered indigenous grape variety: Nascetta. The Marengo family decided to dedicate themselves to this variety, allocating part of their vineyards to this project, remaining faithful to the tradition of the area. Produced from estate vineyards in Novello, the wine is vinified in stainless steel with the aim of preserving the purity of the fruit, without invasive processes that alter the original character of the grape.

The Winery: Mauro Marengo

Mauro Marengo's winery is located in Novello, in the Langhe, and cultivates several hectares of vineyards between Novello and Barolo. Among the indigenous grape varieties that the company promotes is Nascetta, a rare and historic white grape from the area, rediscovered and destined for single-varietal vinification. For Marengo, the production of Nas-Cëtta represents a project of territorial identity, aimed at showcasing the Langhe from a less known but authentic perspective.
