Cascina delle Rose's Mun Cru is a white wine produced in Barbaresco.

Mun Cru comes from a small southwest-facing plot, at about 260 meters above sea level, where the calcareous-clay soils ensure perfect drainage and give the wine a delicate minerality. The vines, trained with the Guyot system on gentle slopes, enjoy significant temperature excursions between day and night, which preserve fresh aromas and balanced acidity. Cascina delle Rose is a family-run business in the municipality of Barbaresco, always committed to viticulture that respects the territory. The vineyards, managed with limited yields and sustainable interventions, are located on sunny hills with excellent ventilation. In the cellar, the philosophy aims for minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentations and low use of sulfur dioxide to allow the natural characteristics of the grape and soil to emerge. With Mun Cru, Cascina delle Rose expands its offer by enhancing Chardonnay in its purest form, demonstrating that even white labels can convey the personality of its crus.
