The winery: Serafina Cantina 12064 - Dominik Weigand
A winery with a recent history, born from the joint efforts of young Dominik Weigand and Yvonne from Serafina. The vineyards are all located near Bocciarda, a restored house on the eastern side of the municipality of Roddino. The cultivated grape varieties are currently Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Barbera, which are vinified by Dominik with respect for the cultivated grapes and a particular focus on sustainability. Cantina 12064 is a dynamic project that partly collaborates with historical wineries in the area, such as Mauro Veglio, Enzo Boglietti, and Franco Conterno. A story yet to be written, for which we await new pleasant developments.
