Kypra 2024 by Ca' Liptra is a Marche Bianco IGT born in Cupramontana from several plots in the area.

Ca' Liptra works in Cupramontana, in the historic area of the Castelli di Jesi, in an inland Marche landscape where Verdicchio finds depth, salinity, and agricultural continuity. Kypra is born from the union of several plots with different characteristics in terms of altitude, exposure, and soils: not just one vineyard, but a broad and precise interpretation of the San Michele territory.

It is the wine that most directly expresses the identity of the winery: Verdicchio, limestone hills, old organic vineyards, and a winemaking process that avoids forcing. Fermentation is spontaneous, and aging takes place on fine lees in concrete tanks, thus preserving the character of the area without making the wine heavy.

The Winery: Ca’ Liptra

Ca’ Liptra is a farm in Cupramontana, in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi area. The project operates in the San Michele area, a natural amphitheater with calcareous soils, clays, marl, and gypsum, where old restored vineyards and diverse plots allow for a precise interpretation of the territory. The vineyards are managed organically, with cover cropping, green manure, manual work, and treatments limited to copper and sulfur. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous, the individual parcels are vinified separately, and the wines rest on their fine lees until maturity: an essential, agricultural way of working deeply connected to Cupramontana.
