Criante's Grillo "G23" 2023 is a Terre Siciliane IGT made from Grillo grapes cultivated in Sicily and vinified in steel tanks.
The grapes come from vineyards located in Sicily, in well-ventilated areas that allow for good ripening management even in warmer vintages. Vineyard work focuses on controlled yields and targeted harvests, without seeking excessive extraction or concentration.
The winemaking follows a straightforward approach, without superfluous steps, in line with the winery's style. The goal remains to keep the wine readable and consistent with the raw material, without invasive interventions.
