Sette Ottavi's Salt Bamboo Gin was born from the idea of two young guys from Roero.
Various botanicals are used, all certified organic. Obviously, dried bamboo leaves play a fundamental role in the smoothness of this Gin, enriched in this version with salt grains that make it suitable for drinking neat, as well as for mixing.
