Gulfi's Reseca 2022 is a Nerello Mascalese from the slopes of Mount Etna.

Gulfi's Reseca 2022 comes from vineyards located on the high slopes of Mount Etna, where Nerello Mascalese finds one of its purest and most mineral expressions. The vineyards, planted on volcanic soils rich in black sands and pumice stone, enjoy a unique climate, with strong temperature fluctuations and breezes that keep the grapes healthy and concentrated. The harvest is manual, and winemaking follows the winery's philosophy: spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention to let the terroir speak for itself. Aging takes place in wood and then in the bottle, for a wine that combines elegance and power with the typical Etna character.
