Etna Bianco "Aedes" is a white wine produced by I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna from Carricante grapes.
This wine is born in the cooler areas of the Volcano, on the northern slope where Contrada Moganazzi provides the perfect microclimate for Carricante production. Mario Paoluzzi, aided by Salvo Foti, has revived a movement born centuries ago, that of the Vigneri, whose aim today is to enhance the potential of this terroir.
