Ca' di Press's Dolcetto d'Alba originates from the Perno hill in Monforte d'Alba.

Ca' di Press has a very unique history: while we could consider this a historic winery, as it was founded in the early 1900s, it can also be seen as one of the most exciting new developments since 2022. It was in this year that Alice and Cristina, with the help of their parents, released their first bottled vintage. In the past, the wine was sold in bulk in demijohns, and many of the grapes harvested and pressed today were once sold to local wineries.

    The Winery: Ca' di Press

A winery formally established in the early 1900s, making them winegrowers and producers for over a century. Over the years, the Pressenda family focused mainly on selling bulk wine and supplying grapes to important local wineries. In 2018, Alice and Cristina, in their twenties, decided to try to make their living from the land of Perno and wine. In 2022, the first two labels were released: Barolo del Comune di Monforte and Langhe Nebbiolo.
