Cantina d'Arcy's Dolcetto d'Alba is produced by Tom Myers with grapes partly harvested from the Preda vineyard and partly from grapes purchased from a local producer.

This is the first vintage of Dolcetto by Tom Myers at Cantina d'Arcy, a very limited production of just over 1000 bottles. Part of the Dolcetto grapes are grown in the Preda vineyard, right next to the Nebbiolo vineyard, while a small addition comes from a local winegrower.

    Denomination: Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
    Grape varieties: 100% Dolcetto
    Alcohol content: 13.00%
Vineyards: Calcareous clay soil in Barolo
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel, 60% whole cluster and 40% destemmed and crushed by gravity. After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine is transferred to used barriques for 14 months where it rests without racking.
    Serving temperature: 16-18°C
    The winery: Cantina d'Arcy

Cantina d'Arcy is the new project of Tom Myers, a New Zealander who arrived in the Langhe region a few years ago. After experiences harvesting and winemaking in France, with Benjamin Leroux, Marquis d’Angerville, Alain Graillot, and Place of Changing Winds, he arrived in Piedmont at the Giuseppe Rinaldi winery. In 2020, Cantina d'Arcy was born, his personal creation, renting a vineyard in Barolo in the MGA Preda and purchasing grapes from trusted local winegrowers.
