Champ Divin's Cremant du Jura Zero Dosage 2023 is produced in Jura from the vinification of Chardonnay and Savagnin.
Its color suggests a beautiful maceration, while the nose and palate reveal a very slight oxidative hint in perfect Jura style. A fresh and complex, organic, clean sparkling wine with excellent value for money. When I want to open a good bottle without breaking the bank, this is my go-to.
