Chiara Condello's Sangiovese di Predappio is an organic wine produced in the Predappio hills.
Chiara's project is recent, young, and dynamic, seeking to express the potential of her Sangiovese vineyards in the Predappio area. Chiara's work focuses on enhancing the territory, in an almost revolutionary but certainly authentic way, characterized by organic viticulture and an artisanal approach in every respect. Her Sangiovese di Predappio is all fruit and spice, crisp, with dark tones reminiscent of blackberry and cassis, leading to black pepper; the palate is well-balanced, with an acidity that encourages another sip.
