Cheval Mort is a white wine born from the collaboration between Philine Isabelle and Lalù.

Friendships are sometimes professional, sometimes they arise from sharing life's moments, and other times they become important due to common interests or passions. Cheval Mort represents a friendship that encompasses all of this, with Philine, Lara, and Luisa, who, thanks to their friendship, decide to undertake this six-handed winemaking project, which becomes eight-handed with the help of Ale Perricone from Sottoscala. A white wine produced with Chardonnay grapes... and the rest is waiting to be discovered.
