Eric Texier is one of the masters of Syrah winemaking, and his interpretations of Brezeme are certainly praiseworthy with an irresistible drinkability. The same goes for Chat Fou, a wine vinified in concrete from start to finish, whose strength lies in its crisp fruitiness.
