Vincent Couche's Zero Nature Champagne is a sparkling wine composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay.
The grapes are harvested from two different plots in the municipalities of Montgueux and Buxeuil. After spending eight years on the lees, this Champagne is bottled without any dosage.
