Located in the village of Polisot, in the Cote des Bar, Resonance Champagne is made from a massal selection of Pinot Noir grapes harvested from vineyards always cultivated organically, sometimes with biodynamic practices. Vinification takes place exclusively in steel tanks, and this is how Dominique Moreau expresses her style, characterized by cleanliness, savoriness, and minerality.
