    Christophe Dechannes' "Perle Noire" Extra Brut Champagne is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the village of Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar.

    The Dechannes family has always been a proponent of sustainable agriculture, and runs a completely family-managed farm in the Aube department. The Perle Noir Champagne is the result of traditional winemaking of Pinot Noir grapes, with a blend of different vintages dating back to 2011. A 36-month resting period on the lees gives us a sparkling wine characterized by beautiful freshness and minerality, which in the case of this extra brut Champagne is expressed in a direct and vertical manner.
