Pascal Agrapart's 2016 "Cuvee Venus" Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Nature Champagne is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Cote des Blancs.

Venus is one of the winery's most representative Champagnes, produced from a selection of the best vineyards in the Avize area, in the Cote des Blancs. The tension and minerality are guaranteed by a unique terroir and a vinification that respects the fruit, while richness and depth come from 60 months of aging on the lees in the bottle without any added liqueur.
